• Full payment is required at the time of booking, upon the commencement or receipt of your session.

• Please give at least 24hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment otherwise full fees apply.

• There is no refund on all packages after purchase. 

• There is no 'change of mind' refunds on all packages at any point after purchase.

• All sessions from your 3-session package are to be used within a 3-month period from the day of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this time.

• All sessions from your 10-session package are to be used within a 6-month period from the day of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this time.

• By booking and participating in working with Erin, you agree to maintain respectful conduct and courtesy at all times. You are aware that both yourself and Erin have the right to stop the session at any point and for any reason. 

• By working with Erin you consent to the treatment as outlined in the booking and agree to both peiec energy healing and Bowen therapy to be used upon your person as well as Yoga or movement instruction given as and when applicable or as a part of session. You agree to hold harmless the establishment, management and therapist (Erin Nota) from and against any and all claims.

• You understand that the body may process and adjust itself after a session in its own way and I have been informed of how to best assist in this process.

• You agree that you do not have any condition(s) that would make the requested treatment unsuitable and that you will inform Erin of any discomfort you may be experiencing so that she is able to adjust and support you throughout the session as needed.
